JHCP is looking for a Medical Office Assistant to provide excellent customer service to our patients at our East Baltimore Medical Center Adult Medicine.
In partnership with Baltimore Medical System another local health system, that provides much-needed healthcare services to the community.
The Medical Office Assistant in the managed care practice provides for the smooth flow of patients through the practice, for the proper disposition of telephone calls that are received by and originate from the practice and for the coordination of patient appointments and correspondence.
Location : 1000 East Eager St., Baltimore, MD 21202
Shift : Non-exempt. - Full-time - 40 hours per week - Mon-Fri -8am-5 : 00 p.m.
What You'll Need to be Successful :
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two years’ work experienced preferred.
